Cratosroyalbet Paid Partial Winnings, Kept the Rest Without Explanation

I’ve been experiencing serious withdrawal problems on the Cratosroyalbet platform. About 2–3 weeks ago, I earned ₺100,000 in winnings, but only ₺60,000 was transferred to my bank account via wire transfer. The remaining ₺40,000 has still not been paid.

When I contacted customer support, they told me that withdrawals can only be made up to 30 times the deposit amount. However, this rule was never mentioned beforehand, either during the withdrawal process or in the site’s official terms and conditions. It feels like the site arbitrarily decides when and to whom it pays, and I’ve faced similar restrictions before with smaller deposits as well.

Without any formal notice, document, or explanation, my withdrawal requests were restricted, and I’ve now lost around ₺50,000 in total. I’m requesting that the missing ₺40,000 payment be completed and the remaining balance in my account be transferred to me in full.

I’m extremely disappointed at being treated unfairly by this site and want this issue resolved urgently. On Cratosroyalbet’s sister site, GrandPashaBet, users are at least informed upfront that withdrawals are limited to 80 times the deposit, but Cratosroyalbet hides its restrictions. This site is misleading and breaks users’ trust.
