I’m the owner of the Steam account under the name B*. On March 18, 2025, I received a suspicious message in English from a user named D J*** claiming to be a Steam administrator. They warned me that someone was trying to access my account. I immediately realized it was fake and blocked the user, but within two minutes, things got worse.
Using what appeared to be a Steam exploit, this person blocked my entire friend list, removed my profile picture, and threatened to delete my account unless I clicked on their links. They even sent me a follow-up email.
Worried about losing my valuable in-game items from Counter-Strike 2, I attempted to safeguard them by unblocking a friend named M* and sending him my inventory via trade. I confirmed the trade on the Steam Mobile App, but something went wrong—the items were redirected to a completely different account due to a loading error.
Since then, I’ve contacted Steam Support four times, attaching screenshots showing the unauthorized trade and fake emails, yet I’ve received no response at all. My items are gone, and no one from Steam has helped.
I urgently request that my CS2 items be restored and that someone from Steam finally looks into this situation. I've done everything I can on my end—now it's time for support to step up.
