I received a ban in Counter-Strike for something completely beyond my control. I live in a rural area where the internet connection is quite poor, so I usually connect through my neighbor’s Wi-Fi. As a result, I sometimes experience serious connection issues during gameplay.
While playing, my ping suddenly spiked to around 1000–1500 ms, and at that exact moment, the neighbor turned off their Wi-Fi connection. This caused me to disconnect from the game, and shortly afterward, I was banned for one week. I didn’t leave the match intentionally — it was purely a connection issue.
I kindly ask for assistance in removing this unfair ban. It’s extremely frustrating to be penalized for something I couldn’t control, and I would really appreciate it if my situation could be reviewed and resolved.
