About one to two weeks ago, during a power outage, I was playing Valorant on my account (trbysnr#2727). Due to the sudden electricity cut, I was disconnected from the game and marked as AFK (away from keyboard). As a result, I received a total penalty of 293.50 minutes in both competitive and unranked modes.
I did not leave the match intentionally — the disconnection was completely caused by the power outage. This is the first time such an issue has occurred on my account, and I have never been penalized before. I’ve also purchased paid skins on my account, showing that I’m a dedicated player.
I kindly request that this penalty be removed, as it resulted from an uncontrollable situation beyond my will. I hope Riot Games support reviews this case and resolves the issue fairly to avoid penalizing players for technical problems outside their control.
