Callofduty.com Banned My Account for a Week Without Explanation

I received a one-week ban on my Call of Duty account, and I can't figure out why. I received a message when attempting to log in: "Your game data is abnormal, check your game environment." I'm completely at a loss regarding what led to this problem and find myself without any way forward. I’ve consistently played the game with integrity and adhered to the rules, so getting this ban is truly perplexing and disappointing. I would really value any advice from anyone who has gone through something like this or knows how to fix it. It’s disappointing to be unable to enjoy the game because of this unexplained ban.
