Unfair Penalty in Mobile Legends Due to Internet Connection Issues—Requesting Score Restoration
I recently received a penalty in Mobile Legends where 12 points were deducted from my account, despite not violating any rules. The disconnection happened because of an unstable internet connection in my area, not because of negligence or intentional AFK behavior. I am not someone who typically goes AFK, and I always play by the game rules.
It’s incredibly unfair to penalize players without taking into account circumstances beyond their control, like internet issues. I request that this situation be reviewed and my points be restored. This kind of penalty system feels unjust, and I urge Mobile Legends to consider these factors in their penalty decisions. Please correct this situation as soon as possible.
