Cosweirdos Stopped Responding and Hasn’t Processed My Refund After Weeks of Waiting

I’ve been waiting for weeks for Cosweirdos to process my refund, and even though they initially assured me that no one would be left waiting and told me to "not worry," they’ve completely stopped responding to my emails now. It's tiring trying to get them to sort this out when it should have been taken care of already. I used to come here all the time and really believed in the brand, but it’s pretty disappointing to see them behave like this. I'm simply requesting my refund. I’m fed up with this whole process. It's really disappointing to see a company I used to back end up like this. Can you please send my money back quickly? I just want to move on from this.
