Request To Cancel Costext Payment

I am writing about an unauthorized or unjustified charge of 189 PLN that was taken from my account today via Apple Pay by Costext.com. I tried to purchase an SMS-related service, but the website did not work properly and I was not able to cancel anything or use the service. The amount of 189 PLN was downloaded from my account linked to Apple Pay (mBank, in Poland), but I did not receive any proper service or usable SMS in return. Since the Costext.com website is not functioning correctly for me, I have no option to cancel, manage any possible subscription, or prevent further charges through their platform. I have already sent an e‑mail to Costext.com to explain the situation and ask for help, but I have not received any response so far. I request a full refund of the 189 PLN charged today via Apple Pay, immediate cancellation of any subscription or ongoing service related to this transaction, and assurance that no further amounts will be charged from my account without my clear consent. I kindly ask you to review this payment and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
