Costext Charged Me 2 Times For Totally $130! I Want Refund!!

I hold a Ziraat Bank credit card registered in Konya, Türkiye, ending with the digits 5628. Without my knowledge or consent, unauthorized transactions were made on this card through a platform called Costext. On May 8, a total of ₺2,058.90 (approximately 64 USD) was charged, and on June 8 around 00:00 a.m., another ₺2,049 (approximately 64 USD) was charged. I did not approve any subscription to this platform, I was not informed or notified in any way, and I do not accept these transactions. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Ziraat Bank. The bank informed me that I could request a refund only after their review process and advised me to close my card and request a refund through the application, stating that this process could take up to 6 months. In parallel, I tried to contact Costext, but I received no response to my emails. The subscription that was initiated without my consent has still not been canceled, and I have not received any support from Costext. I request that the total amount of these unauthorized transactions, ₺2,058.90 on May 8 and ₺2,049 on June 8 (approximately 128 USD / 64 USD each), be fully refunded to my credit card, that the Costext subscription started without my knowledge be immediately canceled, and that my card information not be used again without my explicit consent.
