COS T-Shirt Tag Removal Caused Damage, Store Refused Exchange


I purchased a COS t-shirt but couldn’t even use it. When I tried to remove the tag, the COS logo on the back came off with it, leaving two holes in the fabric. I returned to the store to request an exchange, but they outright refused, stating they couldn’t process a replacement.
I even mentioned that I intended to purchase three more of the same item, but the staff showed no flexibility or effort to ensure customer satisfaction. For a brand positioning itself as premium, this kind of approach is highly disappointing and damaging to its image. Resolving such issues should not be this challenging. COS, I expect a prompt solution to this matter.
