Corsair H45 Liquid Cooler Leaked and Caused Damage
I purchased a Corsair H45 liquid cooler from itopya.com, but I experienced a serious issue when it leaked onto my computer. After sending it for service, it was returned, but I then faced another problem – my computer kept restarting due to cooling issues. I sent the cooler back to Penta for service, and they confirmed the problem.
However, instead of providing a proper solution, Penta is offering to refund the original purchase price from 2021, which is far below today’s market value. Alternatively, they are trying to sell me a replacement for ₺3500 or at an even higher price of $112 + VAT, which doesn’t resolve the issue. After extensive email exchanges, they agreed to a replacement but claimed it was out of stock with no information on restocking.
I am requesting an immediate resolution, either through the shipment of a higher model or a suitable replacement. It’s unreasonable to leave me waiting for an unknown stock date without a clear solution. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
