Corendon Airlines Lost My Suitcase and No One Is Taking Responsibility
On 07/10/2024, I flew from Zonguldak Airport to Düsseldorf on the 11:15 flight, and when I arrived, my suitcase was missing. I came to Germany for a business trip, and because of this, I’ve been stuck wearing the same clothes, which has caused delays in my work. I’ve contacted Zonguldak Airport three times, and they confirmed that my suitcase was on the plane. I’ve also been in touch with the lost and found office at Düsseldorf Airport for two days, but no one is taking responsibility or providing information. Where is my suitcase, and who is responsible? I plan to file a lawsuit for the time and work I’ve lost. Additionally, I was unable to shop with my credit card on the plane because Turkish cards were not accepted. When I paid in cash, I received a receipt with a Turkish address, which is not an invoice. I will report this to the tax office and the International Flight Arbitration Board. If my suitcase is not found, I will take further action and share my experience widely on social media. You have been informed.
The call center number they provided is just a waste of time, in my opinion, don't bother calling.
Corendon Airlines is a bad airline company, definitely uninterested and irresponsible, managing my issue with a lack of resolution. I would not recommend it in any situation; I now call it the airline of no solutions.
