I Can’t Access CooMeet Premium and My Minutes Are Wasted

I’m having serious trouble accessing the CooMeet site despite being a Premium member with minutes available. Every time I try to log in, it just says "Connecting" and then throws a loading error asking me to refresh the page. But no matter how many times I refresh, nothing changes—I'm stuck. This issue is wasting my paid minutes, and I’m beyond frustrated. I’m demanding immediate help: either fix the login problem so I can use my Premium minutes, or refund me for the unusable time. This isn’t acceptable for a paid service. Please address this issue quickly, as I’m losing trust in CooMeet’s reliability.
