Connected2.me Messages Stuck on Loading and Won’t Send

I have been unable to use the Connected2.me app properly for approximately two weeks. Whenever I try to send a message, it gets stuck on the loading screen and never goes through. My internet connection is strong, and I have no issues with any other apps, so this problem only occurs on Connected2.me.

In addition, incoming chats are not appearing in the app. Even though my message count increases, I cannot open these messages from the chat screen, and the conversations do not appear in my chat list. As a result, I cannot use the app as intended or communicate with other users.

I request that this issue with the Connected2.me app be investigated and permanently resolved as soon as possible and that my account be restored to normal functionality.
