Connected2.me Random Ban

I have been a connected2.me user and my account was suddenly banned 3 days ago without any explanation. When I open the app, I only see a red warning saying “You are banned!” and I cannot access my account at all. Just before the ban, I was only texting with someone through the app and I did not violate any rules, use abusive language or engage in any inappropriate behavior. Despite this, my access was completely blocked with no reason given. For the last 3 days I have been sending messages to connected2.me support about this situation, but I have not received any reply or explanation. I request that my connected2.me account be urgently unbanned and that I be informed about the reason for this ban, if there is one, because I believe this was done unfairly.
