Connected2.me Account Banned Without Warning

I was using my Connected2.me account under the username Hande08463. At around 10:00 a.m. today, my account suddenly started showing a connection error without any warning or explanation, and I can no longer log into the app. The only message displayed on the screen is a connection error, so I believe my account may have been banned or my access may have been restricted.

I do not believe I have violated any rules, and I have not received any notification, email, or explanation regarding this issue. Since I cannot access my account, I am unable to use the app and am being negatively affected by this situation.

I request an explanation of why my account was banned or access was restricted. If this was an unfair or incorrect action, I ask that my account be restored and that the connection issue preventing me from accessing it be resolved as soon as possible.
