I Can’t Access My Connected2.me Account – ‘null’ Error Persists

I’ve been completely locked out of my Connected2.me account and every time I try to log in, I get a strange "null" error message. I have no idea why this is happening, and there’s been no explanation or warning from the platform. It’s incredibly frustrating not to be able to access my own account without any support or feedback from the app.

This issue has persisted for a while, and I am kindly requesting that my account be restored or that someone from support look into this 'null' access error and help resolve it as soon as possible. I’m thankful in advance for your assistance, but I also expect a timely and functional solution.
