For the past three days, I have been experiencing an issue with Super Messages on the Connected2 app. I am receiving Super Messages through C2, but the number does not increase on my profile and is not reflected in the counter. In addition, even though I used and activated a gifted frame, it still does not appear as active on my profile.
This situation has caused inconvenience for me. I request that all missing Super Messages be properly added to my profile and that the frame I activated be immediately shown as active on my profile.
