The Customer Service and Quality of Columbia Jackets Are Disparate

I've been a big fan of Columbia jackets, and I've bought one in every color since last year. Unfortunately, one of them got a little tear, and the feathers are coming out. Even though I generally like the brand and product, my visit to Columbia's Akbatı store was a letdown. When I told the StarCity store about the problem, they told me to go to any store for help with repairs or warranty. But the woman working at the Akbatı store, named M**, didn't want to take the product for repair. She made up different excuses to avoid it. When I told her I wanted to complain, she casually replied, "Do whatever you want," and told me to leave. Finally, she admitted that the store was different from others because of a former Columbia director's influence. This situation has made me feel upset or disappointed. I'm going to complain to Consumer Rights because she was not helpful at all. I'm not really concerned about the jacket, but I might think about buying a different brand next time.
