Columbia Omni Jacket Torn Easily, Fabric Too Fragile to Repair

I recently purchased a brand-new Columbia Omni jacket, expecting quality and durability. While the jacket is warm and comfortable, the fabric is so delicate it feels as thin as silk. A minor bump caused a pin-sized hole, which quickly expanded, and now the down feathers are spilling out.
I took the jacket to a tailor, but they said the material couldn’t be stitched. I showed it to several other tailors, and none of them could repair it either. I feel completely helpless and disappointed that such an expensive jacket has become unusable so quickly. I urge Columbia to address this issue and provide a solution, as I feel let down by the product’s lack of durability.
