I Can’t Access the Diamond Rewards Page on CoinMarketCap Despite Logging In

I log into CoinMarketCap without any issues, but I can no longer access the diamond collection interface. The usual “Collect Diamonds” button is missing, and I can’t find any other way to view or claim my accumulated rewards. I’ve tried refreshing, switching devices, and logging in/out—nothing works.

I know I’ve been collecting diamonds regularly, and I don’t want to lose them due to a technical issue. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since there’s no clear guidance or support from CoinMarketCap to help resolve the problem.

I’m asking the team to fix this interface issue urgently or at least provide instructions on how users can recover access to their rewards. Please don't let our hard-earned diamonds go to waste.
