Approximately one week ago, I deposited 8,780 USDT into my CoinEx exchange account, but I have been unable to withdraw my funds ever since. Whenever I attempt to initiate a withdrawal, the system continuously displays a connection error, making it completely impossible to proceed with the transaction.
Despite trying numerous times using different internet connections and multiple devices, the result remains unchanged, and I encounter the exact same error every single time. Throughout this process, I have tried to reach CoinEx live support or any other contact channel, but I have been unable to find any support representative whatsoever.
