Unauthorized Clinique Pop Blush Lip Gloss Order Cancellation
I ordered the Clinique Pop Blush Lip Gloss from N11 on November 8, 2023, at around 9:30 AM. I got confirmation that the product has been purchased. But then, on November 9th, 2023, at 2:01 PM, I got a message saying that my order got canceled. Who made this decision? Because no one bothered to ask me. They tried to cover up their mistake by saying they entered the wrong price for the product. Did they realize this mistake the day after the product was sold out? What's up with this situation? Clinique shouldn't be making mistakes like this, especially as a global brand. I want my order to be resolved right away. Neglecting it is disrespectful to me as a customer and it feels offensive.
