I took advantage of the discounts in November and ordered the Clinique Black Honey Gloss. It was canceled without any explanation! Please don't tell anyone it was canceled due to inventory or anything like that. If a particular product is out of stock, it should be excluded from sale, but this product was offered as part of a promotion. It shouldn't be so difficult to avoid disadvantaging the customer and ensure satisfaction. I bought it through the N11 app, but the seller was the Clinique shop. One could say it's not on our side but due to the N11 cancellation. However, we don't choose which e-commerce companies to buy from. At the end of the day, I'm still buying from the Clinique shop, regardless of where I shop. Both the shipping and the cancellation of the product are done by Clinique!
