Clinique All About Eyes Caused Severe Eye Irritation And Watering

I have been a loyal Clinique user for years, particularly of the All About Eyes product, which I have used for a long time without any issues. Recently, in the USA, I purchased the larger and more expensive size of All About Eyes from Ulta Beauty, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. I have used this new jar twice, and both times my eyes started watering so badly that I could barely see for hours afterward. This has never happened to me with this product before, so the reaction was surprising, frustrating, and concerning, especially given the higher price and the trust I had in the brand. The batch/lot code on the product is AB5. I would like Clinique to review and provide clear feedback on the formula or this specific batch and to issue a refund for this product, as I can no longer use it due to this severe reaction.
