Clinique Mascara Caused Severe Allergic Reaction and Eye Swelling
I purchased Clinique’s High Impact High-Fi Full Volume Mascara from your official online store and gifted it to my daughter to use. About half an hour after she applied the mascara, she developed itching, redness, and noticeable swelling around her eyes. The swelling lasted for 2–3 days. As a healthcare professional, I tried to manage the reaction with my own knowledge and resources, but experiencing such a severe reaction made me question the safety and reliability of the product.
Because I believed your brand was trustworthy, my daughter stopped using another mascara she had been using without any issues and switched to Clinique. Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing. This allergic reaction has seriously shaken our confidence in the product. Additionally, although I called the customer service number listed on your website three times today, the phone never rang and I could not reach anyone.

I request that the product’s formula and safety be reviewed, that more care be taken with items requiring sensitivity, that I receive an apology for the inconvenience we experienced, and that the mascara be returned with a full refund issued to me.
