I Face Constant Crashes on Claude AI Even With Simple Tasks

For about a week now, I have been experiencing a serious technical issue while using Claude AI through its website. Even when I give a very simple task—just a short, 6-line instruction—the system crashes, shuts down, and fails to complete the process. I have tried using different devices and browsers, but I encounter the same issue every time, and the task is always left unfinished. I also have screenshots that clearly demonstrate this problem.

So far, I have not been able to contact the Claude support team through any official support channel. This ongoing issue is causing significant time loss and interrupting my work. Since I cannot use the system consistently, the overall value and efficiency I get from the service have dropped dramatically.

I request that the Claude team urgently identify and permanently fix this technical issue. Additionally, as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience I have experienced, I ask that I be granted one month of free usage. I also request to be informed about the resolution process via email.
