ChatGPT Plus Crashes and Stops Responding During Conversations on Chrome

I’m a ChatGPT Plus subscriber and usually use the service through the Chrome browser. Today, I experienced yet another issue that caused me serious inconvenience: when an unresolved error occurs, the Stop button doesn’t work, the chat freezes, and the system completely stops responding. In this state, I can neither send new messages nor continue the conversation. I’ve faced the same issue before, and because of it, nearly a week’s worth of work was lost.

I’ve tried using different browsers and even starting new chats, but the problem persists. The troubleshooting suggestions provided within ChatGPT also didn’t help. During this error, I don’t receive any warning or error message — the system simply freezes.

It’s unacceptable to lose my work due to such a basic malfunction in a paid service that costs this much. I request that this issue be fixed immediately and that necessary measures be taken to prevent similar problems in the future.
