Clash Royale Purchase of 579₺ Not Reflected in Rewards and Poor Support Experience
Today, I made an in-game purchase of 579₺ in Clash Royale. However, after completing the payment, I was unable to benefit from the store rewards linked to this purchase. I was told that the content available in the in-game store and the rewards system are not the same, which makes no sense and left me unable to access the benefits I expected.
I reached out to live support for clarification, but the representative, B*, provided no real assistance and abruptly ended the chat. This lack of professionalism and customer care was shocking and extremely frustrating.
My in-game name is skyress. Since I did not receive the content I paid for, I demand a refund of the 579₺ or the immediate delivery of the purchased rewards. I also expect better transparency and customer service from Supercell, as players should never feel cheated or dismissed when issues like this arise.
