Clash Royale Consumed 750 Gems Without My Approval While Scrolling Shop

I’ve been playing Clash Royale for 8 years, and my account is fully maxed out. On October 15, 2025, at around 9:55 PM, while playing on my Android phone, I was scrolling down in the shop section when my finger accidentally brushed over the Lucky Chest icon. The game froze for a moment, and then — without any confirmation from me — the Lucky Chest opening animation started automatically, and 750 gems were deducted from my account.

This happened completely without my consent, and I was shocked to see my gems disappear. I’ve never experienced a similar issue in all my years playing the game. I immediately contacted Supercell Support, but haven’t received any response so far.

This was an in-game purchase made with gems, not with real money. I’m not asking for the chest itself — I only want my 750 gems restored.
