Clash of Clans Account Stolen After Supercell ID Email Was Changed

I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Clash of Clans account, which I lost on 1 June 2026 and have been unable to access for about a month now. Someone changed the email address connected to my Supercell ID, and since then I can no longer access my village. My lost village had the username “LOLLO”, was in the clan “casa del boia” and the Town Hall level was 13. These are details that clearly identify the account, and I am ready to provide any further information and answer verification questions to prove I am the original owner. I have already contacted Supercell support several times, but I always receive the same answer stating that you are unable to take further action because you could not verify that I am the original owner. This response does not help me recover my account, even though I am willing to cooperate fully and share all the information needed. I kindly request that you give me another chance to verify my ownership by providing a secure way to change the email or link the account to a new email address after successful verification. I ask you to ask me detailed questions about my village and account history so that I can prove that I am the legitimate owner and regain access to my Town Hall 13 village with username “LOLLO” in the clan “casa del boia”.
