Clash of Clans Account Banned - Unjust Permanent Ban, Logging in with New Phone

My Clash of Clans account was permanently and unjustly banned. I had taken a break from gaming, and when I returned to play, my account had been banned, and I am deeply saddened to have lost it as I really want to recover it; the claim is that another person tried to log into my account, but it was actually me logging in using a different mobile phone.
