ClarityCheck Service Disappointed After Paying 1,150 TL for Standard Package

About a month ago, I subscribed to the ClarityCheck standard package, making partial payments for partial services. Most recently, I paid ₺1,150 by credit card. My expectation was to receive detailed reports and information about unknown mobile numbers that call me—data that is not publicly available on the internet or social media.
However, the results provided were very disappointing. The answers contained only general, publicly available information that I could easily access myself. The service does not reflect the quality that was promised and certainly does not justify the price charged.
I attempted to contact the ClarityCheck team regarding this issue, but I could not reach them. The communication link on their website is broken, so I have not received any solution or feedback.
I am therefore requesting either:
An expansion of the service content so that it delivers the promised information, or
A refund request for the ₺1,150 I paid for a service that fails to meet its commitments.
This feels like a ClarityCheck service scam where users are misled about the depth of information provided, and I urge the company to resolve this issue immediately.
