Citroen Fails to Deliver Promised Floor Mats For Jumpy Spacetourer

I purchased a Jumpy Spacetourer model vehicle from Kocaeli Çetaş. The dealer mentioned that the floor mats would be delivered later. Over the course of 7 months, I inquired about the mats periodically. When they finally confirmed they would provide the mats, we were told that only front mats are included in these models, and they refused to provide the rear and trunk mats.
