Citroen Touch Screen Not Updating, No Link is Provided

I'm getting a touchscreen update alert in the My Citroen app. When I click send mail to myself to download the update, there is no download link in the e-mail! Therefore, there is no update process. It's so important I think. Because I always try send mail but it's broken. what do I do now? If there is an update I'd want to take care of it quickly so I can drive safely and comfortably. Please reach out to me as soon as possible so I can understand what's going on.
