Citroen EC4 X Traction Control Fault - Vehicle Stuck In Service For Weeks
My Citroen EC4 X had a traction control problem a month ago, and I had it towed to the authorized service center. They identified the issue within 15 days and said the high-voltage cable was faulty. They told me they couldn’t find the reference code needed to order the part and had to send an email to France. We have now been waiting 15 days for the reference code from France. I have been without my vehicle for 30 days, and I truly regret buying it.
