Citroen Dealer Fails To Deliver Promised Quality and Support For My C4x Vehicle



In the second week of February 2023, I went to the Citroen Nev Turkey Istanbul dealer to pick up my Citroen E-C4x. To my dismay, I found signs of removal on the screws on the hood, and when officials from the 2nd Hand department measured the paint, they told me it was between 170 and 220 microns thick. Even though the Citroen call center said they would help with any loss of value or returns, they didn't start looking into it until I complained. Later, they called to say that the paint was fine and that the service center had taken the hood apart and that the factory had changed and adjusted the mouth. They wouldn't say anything about the loss of value or the hood. Also, a week after I got the car, I noticed that the reverse gear lamp and the fog lamp didn't work right, and the paint on the ceiling was chipped. Even though I took the car in for service, nothing good has happened yet. Also, the Citroen E-C4x can only be charged at e-charging points. It doesn't come with a charger for charging at home. In addition, there is no gift package. On top of that, the MyCitroen app can't get data, and the wifi in the car doesn't work. Because of this, I am very unhappy with the quality and service of the Citroen Nev Turkey Istanbul dealer, and I hope they will apologize and make up for their mistake.
