Citroën C4X Stuck in Service for Months Due to Parts Shortage

My Citroën C4X has been waiting at the Erdemir authorized service center in Esenyurt, Istanbul, since November 2023 due to a parts supply issue. I have been told that the part has been ordered and that there is nothing else that can be done except to wait. However, as this process continues to drag on, both my inconvenience and the length of time I have been without my vehicle keep increasing.
I was also treated unfairly regarding the courtesy vehicle. The replacement car was provided late, and during that period I was forced to make my own arrangements. No compensation or remedy has been offered for the financial losses and inconvenience I have suffered throughout this process.
I am requesting that the courtesy vehicle period be counted starting from the date my car entered the service center, and that I be compensated for all the days in between, including the days when the courtesy vehicle was provided late. I also request that all financial losses incurred during this time be fully reimbursed. In addition, I want the delayed part to be supplied as soon as possible, installed on my vehicle, and my car returned to me in proper working condition without further delay.
