Citroen Berlingo Parking Brake Fault Not Fixed After Service Visits
I purchased my 2025 Citroen Berlingo Feel Bold brand new, and it currently has 1,950 kilometers on it. Since the very first day I took delivery, I have been experiencing a serious issue with the electronic parking brake. The handbrake neither engages nor releases properly, and while driving, the vehicle sometimes displays a fault warning and slows down by itself. This situation negatively affects both my safety and my business operations. Over the past month, I have taken my vehicle to the Citroen service center three times. During my first visit, a software update was performed. On the second visit, the electronic parking brake button was replaced. During the third visit, I was told that they could not identify the fault and that further inspection was ongoing. Despite these attempts, the issue persists, and no permanent solution has been provided. I also contacted Citroen Customer Service. I explained that, as I use the vehicle for business purposes, having it repeatedly kept at the service center has caused me financial loss, and I requested a replacement vehicle. However, my request was rejected, and no alternative solution was offered. Although my vehicle is still under a 3-year warranty, I am requesting that this issue be resolved by replacing my car. I also expect a replacement vehicle to be provided for the duration of the service period. I kindly ask for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
