Boyner Rejected My Armani Exchange Bag Defect Claim

I purchased an Armani Exchange bag from Boyner on January 31, 2026. Although I did not use the bag excessively or carry heavy loads in it, serious peeling and separation developed around the glued areas of the handles within just six months. I chose this brand because I expected it to be high quality, so I was both financially and personally disappointed that the bag deteriorated so badly in such a short time.
Because of this issue, I sent the bag to Boyner for inspection. After the inspection, I received a written rejection stating that the problem was not caused by a manufacturing or material defect, but by external factors, and that improper or careless use had been determined. Despite the fact that I used the bag carefully, my claim was simply dismissed as user error without any specific technical explanation. This has completely undermined my trust in the brand.
I expect Armani Exchange, a brand I consider established and high quality, and its retail partner Boyner to provide a solution for the product I believe is defective, such as a repair, replacement, or refund. If no solution is provided, as I have already stated, I will file a complaint with the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue all of my legal rights.
