Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Sunroof Shade Malfunction – Denied Warranty Coverage
I purchased a brand-new 2024 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, and within less than a year, the sunroof shade has already malfunctioned. When I took the car to the service center, they refused to cover the repair under warranty and instead demanded a payment.
If a brand-new vehicle is already experiencing issues like this, what other problems will arise in the future? Why should customers buy a new car if basic defects aren’t even covered by the warranty?
I expect Chery to take responsibility and fix this issue under warranty. If this is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint to the necessary authorities and demand my consumer rights.
