After Chatspin bans me without warning, how can I appeal to get my account unblocked?

Use Chatspin's contact form to report an incorrect ban. Include pictures, timestamps, and information about the device and VPN or IP address.

Their page says that bans may be lifted automatically after verification and gives a paid "fast-track" choice for activation.

Billing Support should be contacted for subscription problems if you're a paying user. SegPay and Stripe handle charges, and Chatspin suggests changing your payment settings during any suspension.

To get help with general problems, email [email protected] and include the Acceptable Use Policy. The AUP also talks about a paid fast-track review for behavior that isn't against the law.

Even though it might seem appealing, don't make fake accounts or turn off VPNs, as this can cause location/mismatch checks to happen. Keep your note short and to the point, and ask that your account be restored.
