Chatrandom Hacked My Email After I Signed Up and Now I’m Flooded with Spam

Thinking it might be interesting to attempt an anonymous camera service, I checked out Chatrandom after someone's recommendation. Of course, it was just a bunch of guys acting precisely as one would expect. But things got worse—before even visiting the site—I had to register an account. Not significant, right? Well, my email was hacked overnight following registration. I started getting spams like crazy suddenly, and my email was being utilized for things I never even registered for. Not even have had time to go through it all. I'm not sure whether I could even fix it or what to do right now. Has anyone else gone through this?
