My Chatrandom Account Was Banned Without Warning or Explanation

Like I always do, I was chatting casually with folks when suddenly my Chatrandom account was banned. I followed all rules, behaved sensibly, and there was absolutely no warning or justification. I went over their rules just to be sure; nothing I did could be seen as a transgression. I attempted getting help, assuming they would at least investigate it or explain why it happened, but I have not gotten any relevant reply. To be kept out without even understanding what I allegedly done wrong seems harsh. Like everyone else, I was simply using the platform; now I find myself without access and without answers. It leaves a negative impact and is really disturbing.
