Exxestore Chatgbt Product Does Not Work After Payment

I purchased an AI product called “Chatgbt” through Exxestore. Approximately three days ago, I made a payment of $4 via bank transfer. Although the payment was completed successfully and the system shows the status as “used,” the product does not generate any responses, and I am unable to use the service.

This issue has continued for three days, and I have been completely unable to receive the service I paid for. When I contacted customer support, the people I spoke with used an extremely rude and threatening tone. Their attitude made me feel both victimized and unsafe.
