Disrespectful Service at Chanel Beauty – Disappointing Experience
On July 26, I visited Chanel Beauty at IstinyePark to purchase a specific lipstick. When I asked a male sales associate for assistance, he responded with a cold, dismissive tone, saying, “I’m attending to a customer right now; please wait.” Later, when my boyfriend, feeling tired, sat on a chair by the makeup counter in the mostly empty store, the associate rudely told him, “If you sit, I’ll have to do your makeup.”
We mentioned that we’ve visited numerous Chanel stores across Europe and never encountered such a negative attitude. He responded sarcastically, “Which branches in Europe, exactly?” I am deeply disappointed that a reputable brand like Chanel employs staff who treat customers so poorly. After this experience, I will never return to the Chanel Beauty store at IstinyePark.
