If you were treated poorly by a Chanel store employee, write down the facts right away:

where and when it happened,

who was rude,

what was said.

Chanel takes complaints seriously when they have clear details.

To prove you were a buyer, keep your receipts or appointment confirmations.

Then, use your country's official contact page to get in touch with CHANEL Client Care and ask them to log your report as a boutique conduct issue instead of general feedback.

Request a case reference number and written proof so it won't be closed without being looked at.

If Chanel doesn't reply, send your complaint to Xolvie so we can fix the issue.
