Chamet Verification Code Never Arrives On My Phone, Request Solution

I am using the Chamet application on my Android phone and today I have been unable to receive the OTP code needed for verification. The app shows that an SMS verification code has been sent to my phone number, but no code is delivered, so I cannot proceed to the next step and access my account. I have not yet been able to reach support about this, but I expect Chamet to urgently fix this OTP issue and ensure that the verification codes are properly sent to my number so that I can log in and use the service again without interruption.
