Chamet Mettwallet Withdrawal Stuck "Under Maintenance" 30 Days

I am a Chamet user from India and I use Mettwallet for my withdrawals. For the last 30 days, every time I try to withdraw my money, I receive the same message saying that the withdrawal is under maintenance and that I should try again tomorrow. Despite waiting and trying repeatedly, the problem has not been resolved. Currently, I have 40 US dollars stuck in Mettwallet that I am unable to withdraw. My Chamet user ID is 1618*** and my mobile numbers are 9897514*** and 9528293***. I have tried to reach customer support, but I have not received any response. I request that my withdrawal issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my 40 US dollars be released to me without any further delay.
