Century Games Mutes Whiteout Survival Player Account for 9,999 Days

As of today, my account (ID 88476229) in Century Games' Whiteout Survival was muted for 9,999 days. Being muted for such an extreme duration practically cuts me off from the game entirely, leaving me deeply frustrated.

I have been playing this game continuously for about two years, investing a significant amount of effort, time, and money into my account. I don't want all my hard work to go to waste. I recognize the mistake I made in-game and deeply regret my behavior. I promise that I will never repeat this mistake again.

Therefore, I ask that the penalty be re-evaluated and, if possible, shortened or lifted entirely. I request that my account be reviewed, that this incident be treated as a one-time mistake, and that I be given a second chance to participate in the Whiteout Survival community in accordance with the rules.
